Grand Cayman is the largest of the Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean. George Town, its capital, is home to the Cayman Islands National Museum, dedicated to Caymanian heritage. Beaches and vibrant coral reefs are the island’s hallmarks.
The diving is spectacular! From beautiful reefs, deep wall dives, wreck diving, shore diving & boat diving, the warm waters of Grand Cayman make an excellent location for training. Our classes will be at Dive Tech which hosts great shore diving and easy logistics as well as boat diving to their deeper sites.
Getting There:
From Los Angeles, there are several flights daily on Delta, United, JetBlue & American Airlines to Grand Cayman with only 1 stop (and a great price depending on time of season)
Getting Around:
Once on the island, car rental is needed to get to your hotel and training facilities. It’s easy to book a flight & car rental combo when reserving your trip. We can help you with all travel accommodations, just let us know.
Dive Logistics:
Logistics on Grand Cayman are easy. Dive Tech is very experienced with tech and CCR divers and provides rental open circuit single tanks, doubles, 3L oxygen & diluent bottles, along with oxygen fills, diluent fills (air or 32%) and Sorb (797/812).
